Clarence 'Gatemouth' Brown turned in a stellar performance at the Bayou on 6/29 and the crowd was totally into the music that he was playing. He swung through all the genres that he is known for. Gate believes that there 'are no genres, it's all just American Music!'. And he's right! From the cotton fields of Mississippi to the streets of Chicago to the back alleys of NY it's all distinctive and all truly American!
